Home sprouting workshops with Chris Thoreau

Growing sprouts at home is easy, affordable, and a great way to
improve your health! In just minutes a day you can grow all the
vitamins and minerals you need! Join Chris Thoreau as he walks you
through the steps of home sprouting. In seven days or less you’ll have
tasty, nutritious sprouts to eat whenever you like!

Chris is an urban farmer in Vancouver who specializes in soil-grown
sprouts. He holds a degree in Agroecology from UBC where he
specialized in soil science. Chris is a former certified organic
