Car accident at Main and Cordova in Vancouver Downtown Eastside (DTES)

A car accident occured right at the corner of Main and Cordova in Vancouver Downtown Eastside (DTES) Luckily, because of the proximity of the accident to the stations, the Vancouver Police Dept, Ambulance and Vancouver Fire Fighters Dept only had to go a 1/4 of a block  to quickly help the accident victim.

This was filmed by April Smith of AHA MEDIA on a Nokia N95 mobile cameraphone.     Great citizen journalism footage!! nice job .. I deal with car accidents every day and this would be really helpful to the victims. Did you get interviews of any witnesses?
