  1. Preserve features that make the park popular with the community
  2. Replace aging features in the park with new ones
  3. Add new features in the park
  4. Integrate the park with the Carrall Street Greenway

Lunch at Carnegie Centre at Main and Hastings is a City of Vancouver Community Centre where meals are always delicious and very affordable at $1.75 – a price that anyone, especially those living in the inner city of Vancouver Downtown Eastside can afford.
