AHA MEDIA attended the Development Permit Board and Advisory Panel meeting at Vancouver City Hall that considered PHS to change Bosman hotel into supportive housing
The Development Permit Board and Advisory Panel met Monday, October 5 at 3 pm, Committee Room #1, Third Floor, City Hall to consider the following Development Permit Applications: 1. 1060 Howe Street: To change the use of the existing Motor Hotel to Dwelling Use Rooming House and alter the building with minor renovations including the addition of dining area, office, amenity space and landscaping to the exterior and parkade roof. The proposed use is for a three-year interim period.
