    Beautiful pictures of the sidewalk and elevator in the Pennelyvania Hotel. I have read about both and have wanted to see what they actually look like.

    I lived in that area of Vancouver for a decade on and off. I avoid the area for personal reasons however though when I DO have to go there I am always amazed to see something NEW. Old buildings vacant for 20-30 years, rotting away, some of them have been renovated and others torn down. One day that area hopefully will be a place where people can call home without worrying about the violence and drug use that plague the area
