		<description><![CDATA[Thank God, I&#039;ve seen alot of promise with programs like these in other countries and never thought that it would catch on closer to home because of the politics involved...which is so pathetically sad, because it&#039;s holding us back from becoming more proactive in keeping ourselves as healthy as possible in spite of an addiction... Many will say; &quot;just stop&quot;...not understanding that if it was that easy, we&#039;d already have done that, hence, the term: addiction. Until we can break down the barriers that are keeping us ill, why not have programs like these to stop the spread of HIV and Hepatitis C in the meantime?]]></description>
